2025 Wolfie's Holiday Toy Drive & Parade
We’re excited to announce that the Division of Enterprise Risk Managemt will be hosting our annual Wolfie's Holiday Toy Drive on Wednesday, December 10, 2025!
As in years past, we’ll be collecting toys for the Stony Brook Children’s Hospital, but this year we’re thrilled to share that the event will be bigger and better than ever — with a new campus-wide holiday parade and additional opportunities to give back to our community.
What’s New This Year:
Campus Parade
This year’s Toy Drive celebration will feature a holiday parade traveling through West & East campus, bringing joy to students, staff, faculty, Long Island Veteran’s Home, and Stony Brook Children’s Hospital.
Parade Schedule & Stops
9:00 AM - Meeting Location: Administration Loop
Group Photo & Emergency Vehicle Parade Assembly
(Vehicle Parade Participation: Due to space limitations, only designated emergency response vehicles will participate in the parade.)
9:30 AM - Parade starts
10:00 AM - Stop # 1: Stony Brook Union
Students can take photos with Santa & other holiday characters
ASA will be offering complimentary cookies from the David’s Cookie Truck
10:30 AM - Stop #2: Long Island Veteran’s Home
Veterans can take photos with Santa & other holiday characters
ASA will be donating decks of playing cards.

11:00 AM - Stop #3: Stony Brook Children’s Hospital
Pediatric patients will enjoy the parade from their windows — waving to Santa and friends
Santa and a small team of helpers will visit the floors to hand out gifts to patients
