Robyn Fellrath is the Long Island Regional Director for the Workforce Development Institute (WDI).

 Robyn began her career in public service working for the local town, county, and NYS state government. Prior to joining WDI in 2022, she served as the Downstate Director of Labor Affairs for the New York State Department of Labor.

Robyn is focused on building strategic partnerships with unions, employers, community-based organizations, and educational institutions across Long Island to collaboratively advance equitable workforce development initiatives in the region. Through stakeholder engagement, Robyn works to identify workforce gaps and develop specialized solutions to attract, train, and retain a talented workforce.

 Robyn is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo with a degree in Political Science.
